Who is the Whistleblower?
He's a man, a man who blows whistles.
…and if he ever
sees a ref doing something he shouldn't, you can bet your grannies
pants he'll be venting his rage right here in his Whistleblowers blog:

“Chris Foy: Blackburn v Swansea”
02 Dec 2011
Time to look at Chris Foy in more detail.
He's 16/18 with an average rating of 2.73 out of 5 (after 112 votes).
This season he has ref'ed 11 games (all competitions) and he has handed out 27 yellows and 4 reds. Only Martin Atkinson and Jon Moss have handed out more this season (Atkinson 7 reds in 17 games & Moss 5 in 13 games)
So that's an average of 2.45 yellows per game & .36 reds per game.
Swansea are currently sitting top of the fair play league: http://www2.premierleague.com/en-gb/matchday/fair-play.html and Blackburn are 15th - so we aren't expecting a high card count for this one.
Our prediction for the game is 1-1 with 2 yellow cards a piece.

Time to drop him from the Premier League. His 'performance' for Stoke vs. Tottenham was probably the worst reffing I've EVER seen. He's not fit to ref sunday league let alone prem football.
