learn to call a fair game. if you're going to call something for one team, then you had best call it for the other. or, if you choose to call a play on for something, then the same should go for the other team. thank you, peter, for ruining this quarterfinal game and i hope the money the Germans gave is compensation enough to put your conscience to rest for what you did to the Portuguese today.... ass.

second goal for germany shouldn't be allow, becouse ballack made faul on perreira.
19 Jun 2008 - 22:38 BSTFockis
that was the third goal fog Germany, but anyway, not easy for the swedish referee to see Ballacks easy push...

uefa select bad referee for this important match.

Germany made it a race against race match in a competition that promotes the sentence "No to racism". But the Portuguese will always persevere. Their players will always be among the best players in the world (and the best payed), and there isn't one referee that can be made to change that... I guess that is just to hard to swallow.

Thank you uefa for costing us this game!! i dont have much to put up but i suggest last night's game should be Peter 'faults' Frojdfelt last assignment in EURO 2008_ pliiiiiz cuz he'S VERY more of an amateur than a proffesional. Even a one eyed man could punish that 'cheat' (ballack) instead of making him a hero. And he (Frojdfelt) should not get away with it cuz EURO is SOOOOOO BIG for such errors (he must have been paid!) PUNISH HIM.

The Portuguese seem to have very short memories. Euro 2000 semi-final: France v Portugal - a absolute disgrace to the beauty of football. The Portuguese can never talk of anything bad in football or anyone being wronged.

Response to EnglishRef: Dude, what are you talking about... British Football has all to gain and nothing to lose by employing some of the best Portuguese players. But when those same players play for their own country you call them every bad name in the book and adopt a xenophobic attitude towards the Portuguese team. Why?!!! It's only fair to call this or the other team the best when they play against the best and win with complete fairness and respect. What a disgrace of an attitude... Back to this match, or any other matches, there should never be any biased refs, it doesn't matter what the circumstances are. That is not the way to win or lose any game, and I can assure you that there is no honor in it, even though you seem to think so. Having said that, Portuguese players are counted in the best of the world and no matter how you scream and shout, there is nothing you or anyone can do to change that. And that is a fact, not subject to any bias.

Just because a referee makes a mistake does not mean that he is biased. If a player makes a mistake does that mean he has taken a bribe too? Of course not. What about the 12 shots from Portugal that were wide (UEFA statistics)? Portugal lost - get over it. The worst thing in football is people not accepting when they were not good enough. The referee did his job. People make mistakes. People are human. It's really a disgrace of an attitude to think that Peter Fröjdfeldt would cheat.
